Hourly Rate: $50/hr. (2 hour minimum)
Cost of Product/Supplies–to include, but not limited to: bins, baskets, dividers, shelving, etc. (all supplies purchased will be yours to keep)
*50% DEPOSIT DUE 1 WEEK PRIOR TO PROJECT APPOINTMENT (Non-refundable & credited towards final invoice)

Residential Cleaning Services
Prices Vary (depending on square footage of space, tidiness/cleanliness of space, frequency of recurring upkeep appointments, etc.)
Deep Clean:
Includes cobweb removal, air vents, light fixtures, woodwork wipe down (baseboards, railings, windowsills, etc), deep clean of bathroom(s), deep clean of kitchen surfaces, cabinets, and appliances, cleaning/sanitizing of all additional home surfaces, vacuuming of all floors, and mopping (if applicable)
NOTE: Window cleaning, grout detailing, and/or interior of kitchen appliances available for extra cost upon request
*$100 Deposit Due Upon Booking (Non-refundable & credited towards final invoice)
Move-Out/Move-In Clean:
Includes cobweb removal, air vents, light fixtures, woodwork wipe down (baseboards, railings, windowsills, etc), deep clean of bathroom(s), deep clean of kitchen surfaces, interior/exterior of cabinets, and interior/exterior of appliances, cleaning/sanitizing of all additional home surfaces, vacuuming of all floors, and mopping (if applicable); Window cleaning and/or grout detailing available for extra cost upon request
NOTE: An initial deep clean must be performed first in order to move into recurring upkeep appointments.

Weekly/Bi-weekly/4 week Upkeep Appointments:
These regularly scheduled appointments are used to keep up with all of the magic of your Deep Clean.
Includes dusting/sanitizing/polishing of all home surfaces, woodwork touch-up, a full clean of bathroom(s) (lighting,, cabinet touch-up, sink(s), countertop(s), toilet sanitation, tub/shower scrub), a full kitchen clean (countertops, backsplash, cabinet touch-up, exterior appliance clean/polish, microwave interior), vacuuming of all floors, and mopping of all floors (if applicable)
NOTE: If recurring appointments are not scheduled within 4-week window from the initial deep clean, customer is subject to a full price deep clean.
