Service Description

Prices Vary (depending on square footage of space, tidiness/cleanliness of space, frequency of recurring upkeep appointments, etc.) ​ Deep Clean: Includes cobweb removal, air vents, light fixtures, woodwork wipe down (baseboards, railings, windowsills, etc), deep clean of bathroom(s), deep clean of kitchen surfaces and appliances, cleaning/sanitizing of all surfaces, vacuuming of all floors, and mopping (if applicable) NOTE: Window cleaning, grout detailing, and/or interior of kitchen appliances available for extra cost upon request Initial Clean: Includes cobweb removal, air vents, light fixtures, woodwork wipe down (baseboards, railings, windowsills, etc), deep clean of bathroom(s), deep clean of kitchen surfaces and appliances, cleaning/sanitizing of all surfaces, vacuuming of all floors, and mopping (if applicable); Window cleaning, grout detailing, and/or interior of kitchen appliances available for extra cost upon request NOTE: An initial deep clean must be performed first in order to move into recurring upkeep appointments. Weekly/bi-weekly/monthly Upkeep Appointments: These appointments are used to upkeep the Initial Deep Clean. Includes dusting of all surfaces, cleaning/sanitizing of all surfaces/appliances, vacuuming of all floors, and mopping (if applicable) NOTE: If recurring appointments are not scheduled within the one-month window from the initial deep clean, customer is subject to a full price deep clean.


Cancellation Policy

At Tidy But Mighty, we understand that unexpected situations may arise, requiring you to cancel a scheduled appointment. We strive to maintain a fair and transparent cancellation policy for our recurring clients. Please note the following guidelines regarding last-minute cancellations: First: For the first last-minute cancellation made within 48 hours, we will handle it smoothly and without any charges. Second: On the second last-minute cancellation made within 48 hours, we will automatically charge 50% of the appointment fee. Third: For the third last-minute cancellation, we will automatically charge 100% of the appointment fee. We value your recurring business and appreciate your understanding of the importance of honoring scheduled appointments. This policy allows us to better manage our schedule, ensure fairness to our team, and continue providing reliable service to all of our valued clients.
